1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, depositing funds, or participating in any games, sports betting, or services offered by phwun, you expressly agree to these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. 2. Eligibility and Account Registration

By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet this minimum age requirement. phwun reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory proof of age will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any funds or winnings.

2.2 Jurisdictional Restrictions

The phwun platform is intended for use by residents of the Philippines. By registering, you confirm that you are physically located within the Philippines at the time of account creation and during all gaming sessions. Use of the platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited is strictly forbidden. phwun reserves the right to verify your location through IP address tracking, geolocation services, or other technical means.

2.3 Account Information and Verification

During registration, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, mobile phone number, and email address. You agree to promptly update your account information if any changes occur. phwun reserves the right to request identity verification documents, including government-issued identification (such as a Philippine passport, driver's license, or UMID card), proof of address (such as utility bills), and proof of payment method ownership.

Submission of false, fraudulent, or misleading information during registration or verification is grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of all funds. phwun cooperates with law enforcement authorities in cases of suspected identity fraud or money laundering.

2.4 Single Account Policy

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) account with phwun. Creating multiple accounts, using another person's account, or allowing others to use your account is strictly prohibited. If phwun detects multiple accounts registered to the same individual (whether through matching personal information, IP addresses, payment methods, or other technical indicators), all associated accounts will be suspended and any funds or winnings forfeited.

3. User Obligations and Prohibited Activities

3.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your phwun account credentials, including your username and password. You agree not to share your login information with any third party. Any activity conducted through your account will be deemed to have been authorized by you. You must notify phwun immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

3.2 Prohibited Conduct

Users are strictly prohibited from engaging in the following activities:

• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to manipulate gameplay or outcomes
• Colluding with other players to gain unfair advantage
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract source code from the phwun platform
• Exploiting software vulnerabilities, bugs, or errors for personal gain
• Engaging in fraudulent activity, including but not limited to payment fraud, bonus abuse, or identity theft
• Using the platform for money laundering or financing illegal activities
• Harassing, abusing, or threatening other users or phwun staff
• Creating accounts on behalf of minors or allowing minors to use your account
• Accessing the platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is illegal

Violation of these prohibitions will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all funds and winnings, and potential legal action. phwun cooperates with law enforcement authorities in investigating suspected criminal activity.

3.3 Responsible Gaming

phwun is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. 4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Financial Transactions

4.1 Deposits

phwun accepts deposits through various payment methods, including GCash, Maya, Philippine bank transfers, and cryptocurrency (USDT TRC20). All deposits must originate from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted and will be reversed. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed during the deposit process.

phwun reserves the right to request verification of payment methods, including bank statements, screenshots of e-wallet accounts, or cryptocurrency transaction records. Failure to provide satisfactory verification may result in deposit reversal and account suspension.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed according to the timeframes and limits specified on the phwun platform. GCash withdrawals are typically processed within 10 minutes, bank transfers within 2-4 hours, and cryptocurrency withdrawals within 24 hours, subject to verification and compliance checks.

All withdrawals must be made to payment accounts registered in your own name. phwun reserves the right to conduct additional verification before processing withdrawals, including requesting proof of identity, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Withdrawals may be delayed or refused if there are concerns regarding fraud, bonus abuse, money laundering, or violation of these Terms and Conditions.

4.3 Fees and Charges

phwun does not charge fees for deposits or withdrawals. However, third-party payment processors (banks, e-wallet providers, cryptocurrency networks) may impose their own fees. You are responsible for any such third-party charges. Currency conversion fees may apply if deposits or withdrawals involve currency exchange.

4.4 Anti-Money Laundering Compliance

phwun operates in strict compliance with Philippine anti-money laundering (AML) laws and PAGCOR regulations. We reserve the right to report suspicious transactions to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) and other relevant authorities. Users suspected of engaging in money laundering or terrorist financing will have their accounts immediately frozen and funds held pending investigation.

5. Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

5.1 Bonus Terms

phwun offers various bonuses and promotions, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, and cashback offers. Each bonus is subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum deposit amounts, and expiration dates. 5.2 Wagering Requirements

5.3 Bonus Abuse

phwun strictly prohibits bonus abuse, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly, using betting strategies designed solely to clear wagering requirements with minimal risk, or colluding with other players to manipulate bonus outcomes. Detection of bonus abuse will result in forfeiture of all bonuses and associated winnings, as well as potential account termination.

6. Game Rules and Integrity

6.1 Game Fairness

All games offered on the phwun platform use certified random number generators (RNGs) tested and approved by independent auditing firms. Game outcomes are determined by chance and cannot be predicted or manipulated. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages for each game are displayed in the game information section.

6.3 Disputes and Malfunctions

In the event of a game malfunction, disconnection, or technical error, phwun will investigate and resolve the issue in accordance with PAGCOR regulations. If a malfunction voids a game round, any bets placed will be refunded to your account. phwun's decision on disputes is final and binding, subject to PAGCOR oversight.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the phwun platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, and game content, is the property of phwun or its licensors and is protected by Philippine and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, transmit, display, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any content obtained from the phwun platform without express written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, phwun and its officers, directors, employees, affiliates, and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or service interruptions, even if phwun has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

phwun makes no warranty that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You assume full responsibility for any damage to your computer system or mobile device resulting from use of the platform.

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms or your use of the phwun platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.

Before initiating legal proceedings, you agree to first attempt to resolve disputes through phwun's internal complaint procedure. Contact our customer support team to file a formal complaint. If the dispute cannot be resolved internally, you may refer the matter to PAGCOR for mediation.

10. Termination

phwun reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause, including but not limited to violation of these Terms and Conditions, suspected fraud, breach of PAGCOR regulations, or at the request of regulatory authorities. Upon termination, your access to the platform will be revoked and any outstanding funds in your account (excluding forfeited amounts) will be returned to you after completion of any required verification or investigation.

You may voluntarily close your account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, you must withdraw any remaining funds subject to verification and compliance with wagering requirements.
